Staff Pulse Survey
The inaugural Staff Pulse Survey was conducted in the spring of 2015, but the decision was made to conduct future versions of this survey in the late autumn. The purpose of this survey is to help the university understand how our workforce is aligning with critical university priorities.
The 2016 survey will run from Monday, November 28 through Friday, December 9. When you open the survey, the first page will look like this:
Your answers to this survey are completely confidential – nobody at USC will ever see your individual responses. To ensure anonymity, USC contracts with a third party vendor to conduct our staff survey – Corporate Executive Board or CEB is the independent consulting firm that conducts our survey (read the CEB privacy statement). CEB has a proven record of administering confidential staff surveys, compiling and interpreting results, and developing measurable action plans based on the findings. This survey is designed and structured not only to ensure confidentiality, but to also make your participation easy. So that we obtain the most accurate information possible, we encourage you to express your honest opinions.
Don’t miss this opportunity to share your voice! When you receive your Staff Pulse Survey invitation, take a few minutes (usually, 15-20) to complete it right away!
