Jason Nguyen

My colleague, Jason Nguyen, is the best because he’s fought obstacles head-on and has come out victorious. While he was in the Police Academy, his dad passed away. He then left to tend to his family obligations, like a good son should do. He returned to the Police Academy to follow through on his career. Very proud to say that he graduated with flying colors. I’m very honored to be able to work side by side with Officer Jason Nguyen.

Demetrio Marquez

My boss, Demetrio Marquez, is great because he is one of a kind. He communicates to his team on a daily basis, makes sure we all know our assignments and trusts in us to follow through on our daily tasks, without having to check on us constantly. He’s always a pleasant person to talk with and ready to listen. I thank God every day for my wonderful supervisor, and I’ll let him know the same.

Patrice Ray

I would like to recognize my employee, Patrice Ray, and give her a big thank you for helping us. She was approached about having a new hire sit along with her for a couple of weeks as we waited for a trainer to be available. This effort helped us with being able to have the new hire acclimate to our work environment, and assisted in preparing her for the next phase of training.
