Have your say!

Want to help USC reach its ambitious goals? Want to help make the university the best employer possible and build a better workplace for all of us?

Then make YourUSC your own by letting YourVoice be heard.

USC provides a number of ways for employees to offer their feedback and insight:

  • Annual Staff Pulse Survey (in the late fall) measuring how we’re doing in regard to our institutional objectives
  • Annual Great Colleges to Work For survey (in the spring) measuring how we’re doing as an employer
  • Spot surveys (random) measuring topics of current interest
  • Year-round feedback opportunities (see the Talk to us page in the navigation at left)

You can also get involved in focus groups to discuss survey results and help formulate action steps in response. YourVoice can help be the change we need to move ahead!
