USC provides a number of ways for employees to offer their feedback and insight:

  • Annual Staff Pulse Survey (in the late fall) measuring how we’re doing in regard to our institutional objectives
  • Annual Great Colleges to Work For survey (in the spring) measuring how we’re doing as an employer
  • Spot surveys (random) measuring topics of current interest
  • Year-round feedback opportunities (see the Talk to us page in the navigation at left)

You can also get involved in focus groups to discuss survey results and help formulate action steps in response. YourVoice can help be the change we need to move ahead!

USC recognized 10 years running as a Great College to Work For

Every year since the Chronicle of Higher Education began its “Great Colleges to Work For” program (in 2008), USC has been so honored. This year, the university won special recognition in the following categories:
